I understand the challenges of operating a small business or professional practice in today's market and I know how traditional marketing techniques often fall short. I understand the frustration of knowing what needs to happen, but not knowing how to get it done – of not being able to implement the very changes you know will make your business succeed.

My motto about learning marketing basics and attracting and keeping clients is, "If I can do it, you can do it too!"

I’m known for combining a unique blend of innovative, straight-shooter, no-fluff, practical strategies that really work, with compassion and understanding for small businesses owners and self-employed professionals.

The bottom line is that I am, above all things, a CATALYST.

Where does my experience come from?  Good question.

From corporate executive, to university lecturer, to my work as a lawyer, I’ve seen business at work in so many ways – and I’ve also seen it not work.

Driven by a passion for results, and using the very principles I now teach, I’ve gone from having a mediocre law practice to a practice that was bursting at the seams, in less than 9 months!

I’ve studied the habits of top small businesses throughout North America, gleaned the nuggets of wisdom from renowned marketing experts like Dan Kennedy, and have complemented the conventional marketing wisdom for small businesses with proven techniques for a marketing approach that gets immediate results.

Through my company, Peak Profit Marketing, I have developed an acclaimed marketing training system that helps small business owners and self-employed professionals make an immediate and lasting impact on their bottom line results.

My no–nonsense approach to small business marketing is rooted in the belief that there really isn't a single magic formula to success. Rather, my researched, field–tested approach is about consistently applying a common sense process for listening to, working with, and tending to the needs of customers.

As the founder of Peak Profit Marketing.com and creator of the Marketing Solves Problems™ System,  I frequently speak to audiences whose members are looking to solve their marketing problems, implement creative and effective marketing strategies and attract more customers and clients in record time, every time.

I’ve written numerous articles on the problems that small business owners encounter in trying to market themselves effectively and I am also the co-author – with Dan Kennedy – of the Ultimate Success Book.
